We are hiring a Beertender! – Knotted Root Brewing Company (Nederland, Colorado)
Knotted Root Brewing Company is looking for part-time motivated Beertender to join in the mountain town of Nederland, Colorado.
We’re looking for someone who can step in immediately and confidently manage every aspect of the customer experience in our established, highly curated taproom. This position is ideal for an experienced beertender/ bartender who thrives in a hands-on, customer service focused environment, takes professional pride in quality and organization, and welcomes the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a respected, destination brewery.
Compensation
$12.14 + TIPS (TIPS CERTIFICATION or EQUIVALENT REQUIRED)
Part-time position for Saturday Mid & Closing shift
Immediate start available: ASAP (paid training provided)
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of professional bartending service industry experience, beer knowledge and passion is a plus*
Experience with Inventory management and handlin raw materials & cleaning chemicals
Strong computer and organizational skills
Artistic Skills, is a plus*
Detailed electronic tab & sales management
Ability to work on feet in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and team interactive skills
Ability to multitask and be proactive, forward thinking regarding executing responsibilities
The Role
You’ll be collectively and independently curating a friendly, welcoming environment… making our customers feel at home the moment they walk in the door. You’ll be responsible for following Opening & Closing checklists, taking and properly managing customer orders, cleaning as you go through out a shift, clearing glasses and wiping down tables, enforcing company policies, ensuring all taproom, customer, and behind -bar needs are met, managing trash, recycling, changing kegs, sensory of products, and more!
